Your account information is used to:

- Process billing and payments
- Provide customer support
- Send important updates (you can opt-out of marketing emails)
2.2 Analytics Data
Website analytics data is used solely to:

- Provide insights about your website traffic
- Calculate aggregated statistics
We never sell, share or use your analytics data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
3. Data Storage and Security

Data Retention
Analytics data is retained according to your plan's data retention period (1-5 years). You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Our tracking script does not use cookies. We use a privacy-friendly visitor identification method based on:
- Hashed IP address (with daily-rotating salt)
- User agent string
- Current date
This generates a unique visitor hash that is valid for 24 hours only, preventing long-term tracking while still providing accurate analytics.

We use essential cookies only in your Analytics dashboard for:
- Session management (keeping you logged in)
- CSRF protection
These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

We use minimal third-party services:
- Payment processing: Stripe for secure payment processing
- Email delivery: Email service provider for transactional emails
- Cloud hosting: Secure EU-based hosting providers
